To one you love is sick

"The sisters sent a message to Jesus to say, 'Master, come to us, the one you love [phileo] is sick'." (John 11:3).

When Jesus’ friend [phileo] was ill, his sisters called Jesus rather than the doctor.

Are we not Jesus’ friends? Do we not call on Him to cure us?

Jesus suffered on the cross for our sicknesses, and his greatest wish is that we manifest God’s glory through healing prayer that glorifies Him!
